What type of training do we incorporate?
Our primary focus is athletic development. Our goal is to maximize athletic potential. The pillars of athleticism are movement quality, strength, speed power, agility, balance, flexibility, stability and mobility. Our programs have a hierarchy that begin with quality and progress through the other areas. We develop our programs based on each individual athlete’s needs. Each athlete is run through a movement screen and vigorous testing to determine the exercise protocol that will benefit them the most. Each athlete is different, and our system is geared to work with athletes of all ages, and abilities.
How much does it cost?
Cost ranges from $69-$139/month depending on length of commitment and frequency, but I can be confident when I tell you that we are the most affordable athletic training program in the area. We always try to provide the best service for a reasonable rate so that everyone has an opportunity to get better.
