From getting someone ready for their first bodybuilding competition to simply helping someone to able to get off the couch without groaning! I am truly up to any challenge that a client may throw my way. My biggest passions when it comes to fitness are mobility, posture, balance, strength and most of all, taking someone with a lower quality of life and helping them feel better and rediscover their happiness and love of life!!
A couple of things about me:

We are all very busy, and loving every minute of it

Celebrating your wins and pushing you through challenges to make you a better athlete, or just to feel better in your own body! Cody’s biggest strength is teaching the fundamental movements of our bodies, and how to work through restrictions/limitations if those currently exist for you. His goal is your goal.

Brittany Billard
Being in high school staying active came so easy for Brittany from playing basketball to volleyball year after year but moving forward in life there sometimes was just not enough time and opportunity to uphold these hobbies.
Brittany soon took to strength training after stepping into a small gym nearly 5 years ago to fulfill the drive to create a new routine that put her on the path to a physical active lifestyle again, knowing the importance it has on her everyday well being. Falling in love with the idea of becoming the strongest and most confident version of herself, enjoying the clarity a quick 30 minutes can provide and finding so much comfort in new surroundings is why she’s grown so passionate. “Fitness is not meant to be a chore tossed into your day, it’s meant to make you feel alive and in charge of your present and future self”. Excited about the opportunity to personal train at Peak she’s now looking forward to being able to pass on her experience and wisdom to others to help them achieve their fitness goals through consistent hard work and dedication.
