SUCCESS STORIES
REAL RESULTS, REAL VOICES
Having been a part of another gym facility prior to joining Peak, I thought I had a pretty good grasp on full-body training/workouts. It wasn't until joining Peak however that I realized I actually had no idea what I was doing. Since joining Peak, I have noticed major differences in my overall strength and energy levels. The ever-evolving group classes and individualized plans, paired with coaches and trainers who challenge you to always strive to push your personal boundaries are a few of the reasons why I continue to workout at Peak. Further, trainers are professional, but encouraging, and are always available to answer questions /provide information about movement, nutrition, and/or any general fitness related questions.

I became a member of Peak for the great Personal Trainers they have, but have since joined the Strong Force program which I love!
I love the Strong Force program because it is the closest thing to personal training, each exercise if explained and you are lead by the trainer through the exercise in small classes. This prevents injury from doing an exercise wrong.
I would recommend Peak because it is a very effective way to get great personal training in a small group environment.

The New Year Challnege at Peak was just what I needed. Not only did I learn about how to train my muscles but I've also gained knowledge about how to fuel my body. It also encouraged me to get a bench and weights of my own. I left every class at Peak feeling like I worked hard and that the trainers also worked hard to see you succeed.
