Coach Chris has been passionate about health, wellness and fitness since he was a kid. That passion carried on throughout his teenage years and into adulthood. Chris is currently attending the University Of Windsor in their Human Kinetics Movement Science program. His goal is not only to Coach but also teach others how to better understand exercise, healthy habits, nutrition and balance. 


 He played competitive sports for the majority of his athletic career, as well as martial arts, but specializes in soccer. He has trained in a diverse range of exercise and training styles like traditional weightlifting, crossfit, HIIT, Muay Thai, BJJ, and Strength & Conditioning while also researching and practicing different styles of nutrition. He continues to learn, grow and evolve as a Coach, athlete and individual and is dedicated to helping others also grow as athletes and individuals.
